Davis, of Wise, Va., was called by the Williston Baptist church at con ference last Sunday. Before assum ing the pastorate of the church at Wi?e, Mr. Davis was pastor at Came ron. He is a native of North Caroli na. Mr. Davis* visited Williston a few Sundays ago and everyone was much impressed by the two sermons delivered here at that time and the en tire community, regardless of denom inational affiliation, extends to him and his family a most cordial wel come, in case the Willistdn call is accepted.
