Anderson—In Pendleton and BeUon communities there is another pest that Against thet^trAg been added to'the boll weevil, the Mexican bean weevil, and accerding to Farm Agent Byars the pest may do much damage in this county. It is possible to poison, but not -practical, says Mr. Byars. The weevil Is par ticularly fond of every kind of bean, velvet, soy and alfalfa, but will not destroy the Mung bean.
