Culler Sc Walker, of Orange burg have an advertisement in this issue that should be of interest to auto mobile owners. The visitors to the County Fair last week were too numerous to mention. To do so would require a much larger paper than The People. The People received appreciated let ters from two lady subscribers last week—Mrs. Rosa Matthews, of Willis- ton, and Mrs. G. W. Morrall, of Edge- field. The editor is greatly indebted to Mrs. R. W. Youngblood, of Seiglingville, for a bottle of delightful wine and a can of tomatoes, prize-winners at the Barn well County Fair. V. S. Owens, Esq., left for Birming ham, Ala., Monday night in response to a telegram announcing the probably fatal injury of his brother. Col. R. M.
