Sixth: We again recommend that the Sheriff instruct the Rural Police to look closely Into-tbe adulterous condi tions existing In parts of the County and bring the guilty parties to justice. Seventh: We further recommend and request our Delegates to the General Assembly to get through a special Bill allowing Barnwell County to have an election on the Liquor question as soon as possible. Eighth: YVe further recommend Dint ss soon as water works are put in town that a toilet be made in the < ourt House for the convenience of officers and others connected with the Court and would suggest that until such time a closer watch be kept on the Comt House, as some are using the corners and lobbies for said toilet purposes. Ninth: Pursuant to the advice of your Honor In reference to investlgn ting the county oftices, we have made a contract with an expert accountant to do tbe same w hich contract we will submit for the Judge’s signature. Tenth: We recommend again that certain records belonging to the office of the Clerk of Court, and now being ,kept in the office of the Trea«urer, be removed to sa'.d Clerk’s office; a* it now standi no one has special charge of them. f We wish to thank ihe Court and of ficers for the courtesies extended u«.
