Pitts gave a delightful champagne party and buffet supper at their home in Lake View -on Monday evening honoring the former’s brother, Isaac Post Pitta and his fiancee, Nancy Carolyn Lindler, whose wed ding was s social event of Tues day, May 31. Mr. and Mrs. Pitta greeted their guests in the drawing room of their lovely new home. Quantities of cut flowers were used in all the rooms and the dining room table, from which a delicious buffet sup per was served, was covered with an antique lace doth and centered with a low arrangement of mag nolia blossoms in n silver bowl.
