C., that it shall be unlawful for any one whomsoever to construct, use or maintain any ceavpool, dry closet or similar device within the City of Camden, S. C.; that all persons having ' upon their premises* withm il;e City of Camden any water closet, urinal, kitchen sink, jMnlry sink, iaomlry trays, hath- 1 tub, wash-bowl or lavatory shall be and are hereby required to connect same with the public sewerage sys tem of the City of Camden; that any person vi?>lat?nj? the terms of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the sum of fifty (?50.00) dollars or be impris oned for a period of fifteen (15) days.
