Roberta, and chil dren are staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. McGinnis. Christmas Tree The annual Christmas Tree at Calvary Baptist Church will be Wednesday night at 7:30. Christmas Party The Dorcas Bible Class of Calvary Baptist Church held their Christmas Party Thurs day night. December 15th. at the Clinton Community Building. Devotion was by Mrs. Bessie Tucker. Thirteen members attended and gifts were exchanged after which refreshments were served. Class was dismissed with prayer by Mrs. Eva West. \ Christmas Party The G. A.’s of the Pentecos- DEC, 21-22-23-24 tal Holiness Church and Mrs. Furman Entrekin’s Sunday School class enjoyed a Christ mas Party Tuesday night, at the parsonage. Christmas Program A Christmas Program, “No body’s Child,” will be pre sented Saturday night by the young people at the Church of God on Elizabeth Street. The program is directed by Mrs. Myrtle Foster with mu sic by Mrs. F. D. Moore. Waldrop. Sickness Mr. W. R. Thomas has re turned home after being a patient for a few weeks at Bailey Memorial Hospital. Mr. M. B. Rochester con tinues ill at his home. Mrs. Vernon Williams is a patient at Greenwood Hospi tal.
