Yarbcfrough Oil Co. tfc District Baptist Brotherhood Meeting Here Monday Night The Baptist Brotherhood of the Clinton-Greenwood district will meet in the First Baptist church of Clin ton Monday night, March 7, for a program of instruction, inspiration and fellowship. Highlights of this District Brother hood meeting will include a period of instruction and information by Mr. L. H. Tapscott, of Dallas, Texas, who is the Baptist Brotherhood secretary for Texas. Mr. Tapscott is one of the pioneers of Baptist Brotherhood work in the Southern Baptist Con vention and is quite an authority on Brotherhood work. Featured in this meeting will be an address by Rev. Edward L. Byrd, pastor of the High land Baptist Church, Meridian, Miss issippi, who is one of the south’s out standing young preachers. Other program personnel will in clude J. Paul Beam of Gaffney, president of the South Carolina Bap tist Brotherhood, and T. E. Jones, of Fountain Inn, president of the Baptist Brotherhood in the Piedmont district. Conference Director is John A. Farmer of Columbia, State Baptist Brotherhood Director. The program will begin at 7:30 and close at 9:15. Refreshments will be served by the host church. . BRIEFS..
