Tuesday announced that when the body ot' the unknown American soldier is brought back from Prance for burial in Arlington cemetery November 11 in memory of the nation's unidentified dead in the World war is placed in the rotunda of the eapitol on the night of November It it will lie in state on the same catafalque that was used for Presidents Lincoln, (Sarfield and MeKinlev.
