Mrs. Nannie Harvin, wife of Mr. .S Harvin, died yesterday at the home of her father, Mr. D. R. Rteeves. She was about twenty years of age, and had only been mar ried a year. The county treasurer says that he has only collected about one-fifth of the taxes to be collected. The taxes are coming in slow ly, and many people are holding back hop ing that the Legislature will extend the timie. The time may be extended, but should it not be a great many will be forced to the necessity of paying the penalty for their tardiness. Where have you been?
