Ferguson, of L,aurens presiding. Special Judge H. J Ilaynesworth was comissioned t< hold both the general sessions ano common plea- court, but after hold i,g the g,_-neral sessions court lasl week he returned to Newberrry on Monday and asked to be excused this week on account of an engage meit which called him North.
