C., has been rej voked and the concern ordered to close up its business not later than February 6, the food admin istration announced today. "Speculation in, and hoarding cottonseed," is the reason given for the order, and it was an! nounced that as all ofJthe company's products are manufacture jed from cottonseed, which is under license, it will be unable lo operate even as a fertilizer [manufacturer.
