As Suporintendant, he will have the care and management of the paupers ; and as Overserf, hu will be required to perform oil the duties of such an agent, which nre so well known as to render mention of them h< re unnecessary. The time and labor of the Steward anil fam'ly, if he fins one, is lo he devoted entirely to the institution, and lie and family will be supplied with such necessaries (except clothinor) as are not raised on the farm, inclusive of what may be.
