I PERSONS LIABLE BY THE LAWS OP THIS State to actual military service beyond the limita ot their Districts, and who have not been enrolled and and induced in companies organized in pursuance of General Orders No*. 10 and 11, issued from this office, are required to report for enrollment and assignment on or before the 5th day of October next, or they will be held iiable to arrest and to the penalties provided, for by the 11th. section of the Act of the General Assembly, ratified the 6th day of February, 1863, enti-' tied "An Act for the-better organization of the mditia, and Tor other purposes."
