A Machine to Wbite Down Spoken Wobds.?Tho London Iron is authority for the announcement that an ingenious Frenchman, named Huppinger, has in? vented a machine for writing spoken words. This instrument, it is stated, which is about tho size of the hand, is put in connection with the vocal organs, and records their movements upon a moving band of paper, in dots and dashes of tho same sort as those cm ployed in telegraphic writing. Tho per? son using Mr. Huppinger s invention simply repeats the words of the speaker after him, inaudibly, and the same words are then faithfully written out on the moving bond.
