Wilson; terming him the -'leaky member of the Senate" in reference to the secrets of executive sessions, etc. These con? tinuous bitter assaults upon Wilson indicate that the White House people deem him a dangerous rival of Grant's for the next Presidential nomination, and amount to a confession that the- President ," is still an aspirant for a third term.
