A NEW SANITARIUM FOR AIKEN.-Dr. P. 0. Rockwell, a physician of Waterbury, Conn., and former Mayor of that place, has recently visited Aiken, S. C., in company with Mr. B. P. Chatfield, a master builder, to make arrangements for building a sanitarium for invalids, under a ohar icr granted by the Legislature. The plan under consideration Is n large main building, surround? ed by thirty handsome cottages, each divided Into sections.
