For sev eral weeks he has been in very feeble health, and his condition is such as to cause alarm. His family is with him. .Mr. Holt was for many years a jeweler at Cartersville and moved to the city several months ago to open up busi nesss. Ile was just getting ready to open his establishment when his health gave way. He has many friends throughout, the State who will regret to learn of his condition.'" We have .inst learned that .Mr. Holt died yester day, and will be buried in Atlanta to day. The deceased was a native of Anderson County, a nephew of our fel low-townsman, Capt. John W. Daniels, atula most excellent citizen.
