THE attention of land owners In York county is hereby called to the statute requiring them, DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST, to remove all trash, trees, rafts and timber from the streams running through their lands. All streams not cleaned during the month of August, as required by law, will after that month, on complant of parties concerned, be cleaned by the respective township supervisors, and the expense of the work will be assessed against the land through which the work is done.
