Must Report Every Day. Columbia Register : Anew system of reports has been inaugurated for the dispensary constables. They will hereafter he required to report daily, ~ by mail, iucludiug every item of expense, which is to be included in the monthly statement. Constables are instructed to be prompt and careful with their reports, as accounts for the month will uot be approved or paid until a report is in for every day of the month. The general assembly of the Presbyterian church has recommended "tbat-with many churches throughout the world, the ? first week in October be a season of prayer for the salvation of the world." Accordingly an association of Presbyterian ministers in eastern York has agreed to observe the week with appointments at the following places, at which addresses will be made by these ministers: At Yorkville, Monday night. Beth Shiloh on Tuesday morning. ^ Allison Creek on Tuesday afternoon. Ebenezer on Wednesday morning. White Memorial, Rock Hill, on Wednesday night. First church, Rock Hill, Thursday morning and night. Fort Mill, Friday morning and afternoon. The association of ministers to observe this schedule of appointments is Rev. J. H. Thoruwell, D.
