Taylor, society blood, when he advanced on him, Geo. F. Tindall, a laundry wagon driver, > was acquitted ot' murder in the superior court here today. Two months ago Tindall shot and killed Taylor, a prominently connected young man, when he tound him sitting on the porch of the Tindall home with his arm around Miss Lula Carter, a sister of Tindall's wife. The girl testified that at the time Tavlor was kill ed he had in his pocket a marriage license and that they were to have been married the next day. John R.
