Billy Felix's Letter. To the Editor of The Dispatch. Weare having delightful fall weather, and the farmers are making liay while the sun shines. Cotton is pretty well all open and nearly all of it gathered and sold at good prices. Most of the farmers have paid up, have some money left, and appear to be contented and happy. John Sturkie had the misfortune to lose his barn,' stables, food, horse, buggy, wagon, etc., by fire one night last week. The fire was the work of an incendiary. The blood hound was brought from the ehaingang and placed on the trail, but as the feet were rapped with cloth, saturated with some kind of liquid, the dog could not take up the trail.
