He was buried at Macedonia church this morning at 9 o'clock. Mr. Shealy was truly a good man and will be missed in the community where he has resided for all these years. Mr. D. A. Hicks, one of the oldest and most highly respected citizens of the county, died at his home on Broad river on Monday, the 5th, at the advanced age of 75 years. Mr. Hicks was a gallant Confederate soldier, "being a member of Co. K. 20th South Carolina regiment. He is survived by his widow, one son and one daugh ter, one brother and one si9ter. ne was buried at Bookman's church on , the 6th. Reference To-day. Clerk of Court Frank W. The remarkable cure in two extreme cases of opium and cocaine addictions that had been made at Dr. Woolley's Sanitarium in Atlanta, Ga., were freely commented upon by the r Constitution, the leading paper in that , city.
