The territory embraced in the proposed \ new county takes in parts of Lexington and Orangeburg counties and there have been several legal objections raised to the election. However Gov. g Ansel decided last Thursday to order an election affcera report of the surveyors had been filed and yesterday * issued the official proclamation.
