She and Mr. Craps liad been married a little more than a vear when God * saw fit to call her to Himself. Young j and just entering a life of usefulness, * 'her sun has gone down while it was yet day." Her remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at St. James', Summit, S. Mr. Paul Mabus, who had attended the funeral of his cousin, Mrs. Elizabeth Freitag, an old citizen of Columbia and originally from this county, who died in her 73rd year of age in that city stoped over on his return to see his daughter and friends here, Thursday. Mr. Mabus is one of Chinouepins best citizens. If you put nothing into life you will always meet disappointment in trying to get something out of it.
