The following act passed by the legislature will be of interest to all, especially candidates. Every man who runs for office must comply with its provisions. . Section 1. At or before every political primary election, held by any municipal party, organization or association, for the purpose of choosing candidates for office of the election of delegates to conventions in this State, aDy person who shall by threatB or any other form of intimidation, or promise of money, aDy otner article | of tfalue, procure or offer, promise or endeavor to procure another to vote for or against any particular candidate in such election or who shall for any such consideration, offer to so vote, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
