Thirteen persons aie known to have been killed and scores are still missing. .? Suit Against Southern. The Attorney General has gone to Aiken to confer with the attorneys in the Edwards suit against the Southern, charging that road with violating the State law in buying a competing or parallel line. The Attorney General will in a few days institute proceedings against the Southern to test this law in accordance with instructions from the legislature. Destroyed by Floating Mine.
