Lowman, of the Selwoof j section, was one among our visitors last Friday. The towns of Steadman aDd PelioD have applied to the Secretary of State for charters. Mr. Jno. E. Gantfc, a progressive farmer of Black creek, was on our streets Friday. Icing sugar, sugar plums, cake coloring, fancy trimmings, etc., at the Bazaar. Mr. Lac Muller, a prominent citizen of Sandy Run, was in town on t business Monday. Our friend Mr. Job Shumpert, of Macedon, while in town last Thursday called in to see us. The Baptist Sunday School at this place is making preparations to have a Christmas tree on the 24th, inst. Corley, of Irene, while in town last Thursday dropped in and renewed his paper for another year. There has been an ordinance passed by the Town Council against shooting fireworks on Main Street.
