Columbia Evening Record 2d. Mr. T. Larry Gantt, of Spartanburg, and Mr Elbert H. Aull, of Newberry, propose to establish a weekly newspaper ip this city some time next month. They have had the matter under consideration for some time and are convinced that a paper of the character they propose to make it will be a paving proposi| tion.
