(Well does Ballamy, in the prophetic language of his "looking backward," describe the inhabitants of this earth a hundred years hence transacting their business without money.) (b.) k The state Alliance of Iowa was in annual sessioblast week. The re||p:, port of the secretary showed that 251 new sub-Alliances had been orfg |p ganized within the past three months, an average of nearly three Alliances per day in that one state. The second meeting was held at Shreveport, La., on Oct. 12, 1887, when ten statps were represented. The third meeting was held at St. Louis, Dec. 3,1889, when eighteen states were represented. The fourth meeting was held at Ocala, Fla., on Dec. 2, 1890, and twenty seven states were represented.
