Hunter says Hint ho hoars many complaints from different sections of tho county of whiskey selling and that bewQuld bo glad if ho could always apprehend the violators of the dispen1 sary law and tiring them to jus ticc, but that ho cannot neglect his other work in tho sheriff's office. Hut ho says he is perfectly willing to give his spare time to looking after tho violations of this as well as all other laws. He says tnat it \ good, active man | was appointed Stato constable in this county whose duty it would be to look after blind tigers and nothing else they would soon bo run out of business and mauy other violations of the law would cease. Wo have not seen nor heard of a State constable being in this county in quite a while, but we have been informed that the appointment of a most excellent man of our county as a Stale con stable has been asked though the appointment has not been made.
