CANCER HOSPITAL IS PLANNED FOR ATLANTA Atlanta, Oct. 15.?The public hos?:tal for cancer treatment to be greeted here as an annex to Grady hospital, which was made possible by the re?ent bequest of $500,000 by the Ir.te Albert Stelner of Atlanta, will ! be the most completely equipped institution of its kind south of Baltimore under plans approved at a joint meeting of the hospitals and charities and finance committee of city council.
