The reception given Saturday afternoon by the Daughters of the Confederacy in honor of the teachers, was a success in every way. The teachers were appreciative of the courtesy and the mothers welcomed an opportunity to meet them all. The reception was held at the home of Miss May Robertson, whose house was in gala attire for the ocj casion. The Bottle Brigade. Prohibition is the style these days, but it does not look so when the children are on their way to school? that is since we have been drinking boiled water. They form a genuine bottle brigade, everything from a fruit jar to an army canteen being used to carry water to school. Going to Limestone.
