Ninety Six, has been elected princi- n pal. The same teachers will serve in u the different rooms that taught last s< session. It is earnestly urged upon a the parents that they send their chil- ii dren the first day, and arrange their tl business in such a way that the chil- g dren can attend school every day. E One of the greatest drawbacks to a I child's education is to keep him out A of class every few days, doing some M little job that might easily be done A by some other member of the fam- t< ilv. This manner of sendine a child b to school is entirely too general and b is conducive to two prevalent evils, S non-advancement of the pupil on the a child's part, and fault-finding with 1( the teacher, on the parents' part.
