The Graves of the Dead to be Properly Cared for?Work to be Undertaken by the franklin Circle. The Franklin Circle has inaugurated another moat commendable movement?the care of the cemeteries of Lancaster. A fund for the purpose is being raised and the citizens of the town are contributing most liberally thereto?as they should. Mrs. M. J.
