That from and after the date of this Ordinance, no wagon not belong ing to this District, shall lie allowed to oc cupy a position on the public square du ring the sitting of the Courts, except un der certain conditions hereinafter men tioned, to wit: all wagons drawn by four or more horses encamping on the square, shal pay a fine of 37i cents per day, or $1 50 during the sitting of the court; all other wagons 25 cents per day, or $1 00 during the sitting of the court. Be it fur ther ordained. That no wagon shall occu py a position within twenty feet of any building on the square, nor obstruct any of the streets, under a penalty of $5 00 per day.
