At Weston Chapel the members seemed to take on new courage. Everything is being done to equip ' the pastor for conference. The Sunday School met at th* usual hour. The Supt.. Mrs. E. O. Caj-ter. and her faculty were at their posts of duty. The lesson was reviewed by Mist Francis Dorr. The Sunday School is moving along nicely. They have sponsored their annual rally to help with the conference claims. This rally will come to a close on the 16th. Every one is asked to do his bit. At 11 o'clock, the pastcrr, Rev. M. G. Williams ascended the rostrum and preach ., wonderful sermon from the subject, "T'ee bread of life." As the doors of the church were open the spirit was high. Holy Communion was given. At 4;30 o'clock the Junior Missionary met at the home of Mrs. Helen?Jackson n? Cokesbury St. They had a very fine meeting. After the meeting a lovely course of lemon pie, ice cream and" cake was served. Mr. Augustus Jackson served as host. "_lj The A. C. E. league opened at J Ci o'clock with Mr. C. L. E. church, the pastor preached a powerful ser mon. The Holy Communion was given. At 2 o'clock the funeral of Mrs. Cario Williams wo? held at Tabernacle Baptist church.
