she told the ladies how she
enjoyed working with them and
how much she will miss them.

CAVALIERS SOCIAL CLUB
The elub met Tuesday evening
at Air. James Whitman. Mr. Don
aid Reid conducted the devotional
services. The presiding officer Mi

part of the meeting. The
program consisted of a round table
discussion on' summer parties
which are to be given in the near
future: At the conclusion of the

At night we preached at St.
Luke for Dr. E. Philip Ellis, the
church was crowded and its a pity
for such a large church to he torn
down, but the beauty of it all is
that Dr. Ellis will build a brick
church of more modern design
and it \yiil not cost the members!
a penny. Dr. Ellis has things well
in hand and Bishop Flipper will
doubtless feel' proud of him when
the new church is finished.
