Shields was host to the meeting. He seemed to have 'had things well in hamls, with two of his very fine members assisting him, namely: Sis. Davis and Sis. Turner. The Quadrennial report of the Bishop was read by his Queenly] wife, who is his private secretary] as well as the secretary and troas urer of Foreign Mission. She is very proficient, and a fine charact er, and a noble, woman. She is a great asset to this great church TheBishop donated $660 to thr excellent report was read. All most all of the General Officers were re-elected. believe that everyone left the Genral Council feeling good what bad been acomplished. Truly we have a jlj'eat leader in Biishop W.
