S. at the usual hour with the Supt. and all of his officers and teachers at their post of duty. The morning sermon began at 11:30 at St. James, Rev. Mollett preach ed a noble sermon which all did enjoy. The Holy Communion was given a _ large crowd. In the afternoon the paBtoi preached an excellent sermon at Jerusalem church from the text St. Luke 16:2. Four joined the church. Several visitors -were present and welcomed. Ountchoot will never forget little 11 years old Theadore Raifor^ a member of the 6th division, who worked 33 examples out of 35 in 20 minutes. Arthur Kennedy, 9'years old, 5th grade, tied a boy from Snowhill who is 11. They both worked 34 examples out of 35. Ruth Marshall won 1st place in the Declamation Contest. Alexander Kenner won 1st place in silent reading, and Horace Bacon, 2nd grade, won third place in silent reading. The boys and girls of our school have decided that they are making their contribution and learnin.? a record that they are not ashamed for any one to know about. All of our teachers are devoting time and energy in making this a banner year. We are very proud to see the splendid cdoprfration and the respect they have for each other. The N. F. A. Chapter of our school is doing nicely. The boys are looking forward now to the district judying contest to be held on April 18.
