IN ORANGEBURG State and Claflin look for banner years. State had a bad season last year, but those Bulldogs never stay down long, so beware the Bulldog. Claflin never has a real bad season and should be tougher than ever, so don't sell Claflin short. AT SAVANNAS The champions should be bettei this season with the whole regular squad returning.
