With the holidays a thing of the
past, most of us are left with a general
run-down feeling. Too many
good times, too little sleep, and perhaps
a bad cold thrown in, will dc
considerable^dannrge to the best ol
us.
Sleep Important To Beauty
The skin reacts most unfavorably
to lack of sleep, becoming rough
and dry, with a tendency to wrinkle
more easily. Sleep Is, of course, the
first prescription for reconditioning
the skin but it is always well to give
nature a hand. By?all .means get
to bed at least an hour ahead oi
your scheduled beddimaXor a-yveek
or ..more to make up for the many
hours rest you have missed during
the holiday season. But, while you
ure-preparing^ for bed, give a little
extru attention to beuuty.
Proper Cleansing and Lubrication
necessary
The chances are that during the
holiday rush you have neglected the
proper cleansing of your skin, giving
it just a hnsty going oyer (If
any) before fulling asleep after a
gay evening. Muke a resolution to
repair the damage this carelessness
may have caused. Give a few extra
minutes to cleansing your skin for
the next few- weeks. - Select the
cleansing cream, whether the liquifying
or the cold cream type, which
Is best suited to your skin. Smooth
the cream gently over your entire
