C., his home. Mr. McConnell was- a successful farmer and dealer Tn cattle^ He" retired from business qurte a few y^ars ago and- his sons Tom and' Reubin McConnell carried on the buhiness. He was a member of Second Calvary church. He rs survived bv a faithful wife^ Mrs. Lula McConnesll; one daughter Mrs. Sallie McConneH of New York; three sons, Lorenzo McConneH of New York; Tom and Reuben McConneH of Carlistle.
