Saturday, August 29, 1937. To Conduct Revival I REV. W. M. DOWNS one of the City's youngest pastors vvill conduct a six nights'. ..Gospel Services at Pilgrim Baptist church of Chicago, 111., pastored by Dr. J. C. Austin, beginning the 5th Sunday night, REVIVAL AT ST. PAUL CIR CUIT, CHARLESTON DIST. Rev. Arthur McFadden, Evengelist Rev. Geo. H. Adams, Pastor. : Life in its wider measure awaits the call of some voice from beyond some vision of truth that breaks in upon the soul and gives mean ing'to the whole existence The glory of our tfuman nature is that it can respond tq the vision, and can find life's values in that which links the self up with that which is beyond the self. When the vision of God comes to a man, and the everlasting yea is registered in his <niil fho mar* v?m?r?t V?Sa self, and all the measurements -of life take on new proportions. And so the Evangelist Rev. Arthur MePadden, presented to men the great vision and in this vision " Jesus Christ was lifted up and those sat in darkness saw the light Again and again there are those who rise superior to the current practice, and who insist that life has more in it than making adjustments to the existing order of things. Hence a new day, new life, new start in the St. Paul Circuit. The Kingdom of God as a social idea will be continually reborn in the hearts of those who follow the vision of the living ever re-creating God. ( 47 ) Forty-seven converts accepted this trutn and we rea^ji,, believe they are earnest in this belief. The St. Paul Camp meeting will be staged on or about the 3rd Sunday in October. Watch the columns of this paper for exact date. Address of Evangelist: ji- Key. Arvnur ;vicr auuen, R. F. D. 1, Box 61, Summorville, S. C. Address, of Pastor: Rev Geo. H.
