Stark'? presiding. The lesson was beau a tifully discussed. At 11 o'clock the pastor presented the Rev. A. P. Porter who d? livered a wonderful and spiritual sermon which was enjoyed by all after which the Rev. Porter opened the doors of the church and 2 united with the church. At 6:15 the Epworth League met and rendered a short program. The evening services began at 7:00 o'clock and the pastor filled the pulpit with a wonderful serl mom Tuesday night at the class meet ing Brother Simuel Green preached his trial laermon which wa? i very good. Sunday being quarterly conference day the presiding older will fill the pulpit. The church has made final plarn for this conference year and th< fall rally will come off Suaday, November 8. Being the last Sunday tfefore the . Pastor, Rev. S. M. Hughes has t0 depart for the Palmetto Annual conference which convenes in Georgetown, S. C., everybody tried to witness the services. The pastor delivered very splendid messages at both morning and evening servies. On Sunday night members and friends of Siloam Baptist, Mt. Zior. M. E. aiur Bethel churches filled the church. Reverends W. M. Anderson, A Mack, Mr. Cornwell of Siloam Baptist and the pastor ol St. Mary M. E. church worshiped with us also. The brotherly spirit among the pastors of Kingstree and.the cooperative spirit among the members are such that cannot be found existing everywhere. All of the ministers spoke wishing the pastor a pleasant trip with success and a happy return to Kingstree for another year. Rev. At 3 o'clock the ushers board rendered a very excellent and timely program which was enjoyed by all. The collection raised was $10.32.
