Some of the cases were.so bad and almost help less, after due investigating, they were sent up to the Columbia Hospital for treatment. Two thirds of this number was children from one to ten years old, and the nuns es together the Rev. L. G. Bowman who assisted in this work, made it very pleasant and desirable for the doctors. Last Sunday \vas one t f the warmest days the preacher# on this end witnessed this season, u was very easy for them to wash their collar. So many people go to church and hear the preacher ar.d a< soon as the preacher gets through,, they walk out or slip ou: : to keep from paying in the col lection, have money too and thai same group of people who warn pay the preacher, who w*>nt pay the church wont pay the trustees. !, l Sunday school, League or B. Y. P. U. Missionary will-not donate nothing for the poor and needy, sick and atllicted. ones. That sanu group you will fine always in sonn trouble, or" on the chaing gang, o: in iail. soiiip sick paying large doctor bills. To avoi,| all of this, go to your chinch every Sunday; take the money that you buy hal. pints with, or tobacco, or snuff, or some of that you spend otherwise, carry it to the church and.pay.it for a good cause and you will hav. less trouble and you will enjoy a happy life.
