The study of the subject of the lessen was very helpful. Many visi tors joined us in the service. Among them were R'ev. A. C. L. -Arbouin of Benedict. Coi'ege whom we delights always to see and hear. He made quite an impressive address "to the school which address is highly appre ciated. He remained and worshipped > with us at the morning service. E. of the Columbia District J acting for the bishop, of the 7th Episcopal District addressed the ?- membership on a matter-of vital concern of the church which matters we trust will have the full support and cooperation of every member and friend. The discourse was . ni&sterly, far reaching and had its "effect "for great good. The sermon at 7:30 P. M. was anoth er treat, taken from Ezekiel 9:4; subject "The Signs of the Righteous.' Both sermons reminded one of the saying of the apostles of old: Did not our hearts burn while he talked with us by the way side. Three persons came forward and joined upon invitation, for which we are thankful, The young people's f'plftfgram in charge of Miss Dorothy Franklin was :?highly beneficial and pleasing. I Miss Sybil Nance has returned to Hampton Institute to complete hei college work there. The Lincoln Day program rendered by the young people, last Sunday afternoon was quite interesting and enjoyaole. We only wish more "people cOuld have been there to see how well the young people conducted themselves. "The Paramount Girls' Club" and the'"Willing Workers Boys Club were in charge of the program.
