Several games of whist were played, Mrs. Shellie Davis and Mrs. Janie - _ R. Williams, were the winners. After the business session Mrs, Laural refreshed the members with pineapple pickles, ham, cheese, crackers, salt peanuts, after dinner mints.. Ohurch, St. James, Emanuel Soation and Chapel Station met at Bethel Church, Friday night for the purpose of organising a musical club. The officers elected were: President M. J. Washington; Organist, Mrs. Lilia Bates; Treasurer, Mrs. Maggie Young; Secretary, Mrs. Ella Mae Owens. Other officers are to be elected later. Th name of the .club is also to be later decided.
