Tuesday evening, a welcome meeting
was held at the Auditorium of
Allen University. This-.meetlng was
presided over by the queenly wife,
not only queenly but democratic, of
the Reverend Reverdy G. Ransom,
Bishop of the diocese embracing
South Carolina in the African Methodist
Episcopal Church. This meeting
was followed by a banquet in the
school's dihittg hall. ? ?
The -meeting Wednesday were extraordinary
in the. content of the
messages that were delivered. At the
morning sessions many helpful messages
were delivered by Mesdams A.
L. Matthews, M S. Pearson, L. M.
?Johnson and M. V. Tuolto/. During
the afternoon a helpful?session was ,
