He posses ed a jolly and refined spirit linked vlth character, honesty, integrity and ligh standing caused him to wield inluence for good and he was loved nd respected wherever he was known md he will linger long in the hearts f many persons. In early life * he narried Miss Flossip Harrell, and to his union were born thirteen chilIren, eitfht of fThom are living, and nany grandshildren and great grand hildren, a most dutiful and loving vife to mourn his passing. He was funeralized St the Sutton Iranch Baptist church the past Sum lay, where hundreds of penple-came rom many adjoining counties to pay heir last, tribute to his remains. After moving to Columbia Brother larrison joined and was a consistent nember of the First Calv&ry Baptist hurch. His pastor, the Rev. S. S. foungblood, officiated at the funeral, einfc assisted by the Rev. T. J. Wih iams of Camden, S. C., who was the ormer pastor of the deceased. His first wife died fourteen years and later he married Miss Mailda Pressley, who proved by pati;nce and duty to her husband in lealth as wen as of two years duraion of illness to be a real wife.
